Return and Refund Policy

LA Digital Solution delivers custom digital services (design, development, and related creative work). Because work is tailored to each client, refunds are handled as follows.

Deposits and milestones

Project deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has begun on that phase, unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.

Unused prepaid work

If a project is cancelled before work starts on a paid phase, we may refund that phase at our discretion minus any third-party costs already incurred.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, contact us promptly at +1 (918) 938-9627 so we can review concerns and propose a good-faith resolution aligned with your contract.
